Student Proposed Assemblies

The assembly calendar for the year is slowly filling up. Please see attached. If a club has a strong interest in a presentation, you and the club advisor must either meet with Mrs Schoman or e-mail her the GOAL of the assembly, the PLANS of how you intend to present, and any other support information. The goal is to keep Assemblies ONLY on Wed. A week and to be protective of the Wed B week Bonus Blocks. This means that we will not be able to accept all requests for assemblies. Priority will be given to those who have submitted a plan (as outlined above) and has been deemed to be a worthy proposal. The most successful assemblies are “student” led. If a speaker is to be considered, it is expected that a club member has personally seen the speaker present and comes highly recommended.
