Information/ Reminders/ Announcements:

SCHEDULING:

The schedule cards you received indicate preliminary recommendations for next year’s courses based on their performance at the end of the first semester this year. Please note that these recommendations are subject to change based on final grades in each course. Students are required to fill in their schedule cards with requested courses for next year and obtain your signature on the card, as well as the signatures of their advisor and counselor. Ninth and tenth grade students see Louisa Garry for the counselor signature and eleventh grade students see their college counselor for that signature. As students work out which courses they would like to take for next year they should be encouraged to talk to their current teachers as well as Louisa Garry or their college counselor for advice. If students have questions about the logistics of how courses might fit into their schedules they should see Jen Newitt.

The Course of Study and Pathways are located on your portal.

Schedule cards are due back on March 9th.

Field Trips:

As per US policy, NO Field Trips after March 31st. Be sure to let Deb know of any planned end of year trips coming up. Remember- permission slips with teacher “signatures” required.  Thanks!
